Shipping policy

Delivery is free within the UK.

All UK deliveries are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and may take 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

As part of our commitment to reducing packaging, Flowercomb® is delivered by Royal Mail in a cardboard mailer box that does not require additional, external packaging. 

We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, but look forward to this in the future so please watch for updates.

Customer happiness is our main focus, so if you have any issues with Flowercomb® please contact Customer Care via hello@flowercomb and we will be more than happy to discuss and arrange a return if necessary.
